摘　　要：探讨大型综合医院检验医学专业实习生的带教方法,实习生通过一年临床检验科学习,可获得检验"标准化"、"临床化"及初步的医学研究技能,成为既精通标准操作又具有良好临床服务意识的合格检验人才。This paper presents with teaching methods of the laboratory medicine intems in a large general hospital. The laboratory medicine intems acquired preliminary medical research skills of ＂standardized＂, and ＂clinical＂ by learning through the year, to become qualified inspection personnel both in being proficient in the standard operating and having a good sense in clinical services.
