论网络文化的政治功用

摘　　要：20世纪90年代以来,网络信息技术突飞猛进,网络文化也随着硬件支撑的完善而不断发展,对世界各国的政治、经济、文化、科技、社会等众多领域产生了深刻的影响,从而也引起了世界各国专家学者的探讨。这里,我们以网络文化的政治功用为切入点,通过对网络文化政治功用的涵义解析和特征描述,进而阐释网络文化在深化政治认知、强化政治管理、细化政治民主、优化政治发展4个方面的具体功用。Since the 20th century,network information technology is advancing rapidly,and internet culture with the hardware support has been continuously improved,and has a profound influence on the countries of the world in the political,economic,cultural,scientific,technological,social,and many other fields,and so on.Thus,it has attracted experts and scholars around the world to study.We makes the political functions of network cultural as an entry point here,through describing the meaning analysis and characteristics of the network culture＇s political function,and then elaborates the four specific functions,such as deepening political awareness,strengthening political management,detailing political democracy,and optimizing political development.
