摘　　要：培养学生创新意识、创新思维能力十分重要的环节是实践教学。该文通过以实践为基础的教学方式(Practice-based teaching PBT),建立双主体-互动对话的和谐师生关系,探讨了培养创新能力和人际沟通能力双发展的高素质创新型药学人才的新途径。Practice teaching is an important link in cultivating students＇ innovative thinking and creative abilities.Based on the practice-based teaching （PBT）,the paper establishes a double main body-interaction relationship between the teacher and students and explores the new approaches to cultivate high-quality innovative pharmaceutical talents with both high innovative ability and communication skills.
