香砂养胃丸与奥美拉唑合用治疗慢性浅表胃炎疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察香砂养胃丸与奥美拉唑合用治疗慢性浅表胃炎的临床疗效。方法将206例慢性浅表性胃炎患者,随机分为试验组(香砂养胃丸+奥美拉唑)和对照组(奥美拉唑),比较两组疗效。结果治疗4周后试验组和对照组症状缓解率分别为95.19%,81.37%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=8.89,P<0.05);随访1年后复发率分别为6.73%,20.59%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=8.42,P<0.05)。结论香砂养胃丸与奥美拉唑合用治疗慢性浅表胃炎,可有效促进炎症消退,效果好,副作用少,复发率低,可推广使用。Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of the combination of Stomachic pill with cyperus and amomum and omeprazole in the treatment of chronic superficial gastritis patients.Method 206 chronic superficial gastritis patients were randomly divided into treatment group,using Stomachic pill with cyperus and amomum and omeprazole,and the control group,only using omeprazole.The curative effects after treatment of two groups were compared.Results After 4 weeks,comparing the treatment group and the control group,the ratios of improvement were 95.19% and 81.37% respectively（χ2=8.89,P0.05）.After 1 year,the recurrence rates were 6.73% and 20.59% respectively（χ2=8.42,P0.05）.The differences are statistically significant.Conclusion Combination of stomachic pill with cyperus and amomum and Omeprazole in treating chronic superficial gastritis patients can effectively ease inflammation,with less side effects and lower recurrence rate,which can be widely used.
