摘　　要：本文首先引进了凸锥广义基的概念，然后将局部凸空间的Ａｒｏｗ－Ｂａｒａｎｋｉｎ－Ｂｌａｃｋｗｅｌ定理推广到序凸锥为非点式锥的情况．In this paper, the concept of generalized base for the convex cone in locally convex space is defined,then the theorem of Arrow Barankin Blackwell is extended to the nonpointed ordered convex cone with the generalized base.
