摘　　要：目的探讨Forsus推杆矫治器治疗Ⅱ类下颌后缩的临床疗效。方法应用Forsus推杆矫治器治疗26例安氏Ⅱ类错畸形患者,术前术后进行头影测量分析。结果 Forsus矫治器可刺激下颌骨生长,下前牙唇倾,前牙覆盖减小,磨牙关系改善。结论 Forsus推杆矫治器用于安氏Ⅱ类下颌后缩的治疗,可起到显著的生长改良作用。Objective To study the effects on correcting class Ⅱ mandibular retrusion. Methods Twenty-six patients with class Ⅱ malocclusion were treated by Forsus Fatigue Resistant Device. The cephalometric analysis were used to evaluate the effects of treatment. Results The growth of mandibule was stimulated,lower incisors were proclined,overject were reduced and molar relationship were improved. Conclusion Forsus push rod appliances can achieve remarkable ettects of growth modificatiaon for mandibular retrusion.
