摘  要:在转炉炼钢中,氧枪枪位直接关系到造渣、脱碳、升温及冶炼过程的平稳进行。采用TS确定性模糊推理,基于声强与渣高成反比的原理,对氧枪枪位进行连续调节,并采用自学习技术确定每一炉各个阶段氧枪的基本枪位,从而克服了固定枪位吹炼无法及时适应炉况及炼钢原材料化学成分变化的缺点,使氧枪枪位在整个炉役期都能处于最优的位置。In BOF steelmaking process, the lance position directly relates to slag forming, decarboniztion of molten iron, raise of temperature and stability of process. On the basis of the principle which the sound strength is inversely related to the slag height, the lance height is continuously adjusted by making use of T S crisp fuzzy inference, and the basic lance height during each period of a furnace is defined by taking advantage of self learning technique. So the shortcoming that the fixed lance height for steelmaking can not rapidly suit the changes of the furnace condition and chemical composition of the raw material for steelmaking is overcomed, and the lance heights may always be in optimal values during a vessel campaign.
