摘  要:采用水力学模型试验方法研究了中、小型转炉溅渣工艺参数对炉衬各部位溅渣量的影响。结果表明:炉衬不同高度溅渣量很不均匀,氧枪高度、初始熔池深度(留渣量)和氮气流量对炉衬各部位所获得的溅渣量有显著影响。为使炉衬各部位获得更多的溅渣量,氧枪高度与熔池直径比应为0.60~0.70、留渣量应尽量多。另外,对于耳轴上部,氮气滞止压力应大于1.1MPa;对于耳轴下部,氮气滞止压力应为0.85~0.95MPa。The influence of operation condition on slag splashing for the lining of BOF has been studied with a hydraulical model experiment. The results show that the quantity of slag splashing is unevenly distributed on the lining. The height of oxygen lance, quantity of remained slag and nitrogen flow rate influence substantially the distribution of the quantity of slag splashing on the lining. The operation conditions suitable for slag splashing are that the ratio of the height of oxygen lance to the bath diameter is 0.60~0.70, the more remained slag the better and the stagnant pressures of nitrogen at the upper and lower parts of the lining are more than 1.1 MPa and 0.85~0.95 MPa respectively.
