摘 要:目的探讨人性化服务在青光眼患者护理中的应用效果,为青光眼患者提供优质服务。方法通过查阅护理记录备案的患者及家属满意度调查问卷及季度护理质量评估资料,收集我科实施人性化护理前后青光眼患者及家属满意度调查问卷,随机抽取人性化护理实施前后问卷400份进行分析,并比较实施前后的护理质量。结果实施人性化护理后患者及家属满意度及护理质量较实施前有显著提高。结论人性化服务为青光眼患者提供优质的护理服务,深受患者和家属的欢迎,并有效地促进了护理工作的健康发展。objective To explore the application of humanized services in the clinic nursing of patients suffering from glaucoma and supply fine service for them. Methods We collected information by refering to nursing record of patients and the satisfaction degree questionnaire of patients and familymembers before and after enforcing humanized services to the patients with glaucoma. We drawed randomly 400 questionnaires of patients before and after enforcing humanized services, and compared the quality of care. Result The satisfaction degree of patients and family members were improved significantly, and quality of care were raised greatly than before enforcing humanized services. Conclusion Humanizedservices supplied fine nursing services to patients with glaucoma and promoted the healthy and efficient development of nursing. The patients and famiy members were satisfactory for the service.
