摘  要:CU9505 激光钢球表面粗糙度测量仪是根据激光散斑理论和简化数学模型( φn = ψn + Hn) 进行设计,并通过理论分析推荐出不同大小的钢球与传感器接收距离的数学公式,文中给出了测量原理框图和流程图。附图7 幅,参考文献3 篇。According to the laser scatter spot theory and simplification mathematics model (φn=ψn+Hn), The CU9505 laser steel ball surface roughness measuring instrument is designed. On the base of theoretical analysis, the mathematic formulas of different curvature radius steel ball and transducer receiving distance are inferred. The measuring principle frame picture and process picture is to be given in the paper.ted that causing equatorial section to be the most dangerous stress section is the porous structure which is inherent in the ball annulus. The reason of ball annulus producing porous structure is analyzed, and a very clear and definite conclusion is obtained.
