摘 要:本文介绍了用石墨炉原子吸收法测定动物肝脏中的铅与镉。烘干粉碎后的动物肝脏经硝酸消解后,分别在灰化温度 700℃、原子化温度 1800℃与灰化温度 400℃、原子化温度 1500℃下,采用标准加入法测定铅,标准曲线法测定镉。用上述方法测定了我国牛肝标准物质ESA-1中的铅与镐,结果与保证值吻合很好,相对标准偏差分别为3.6%和5.4%。In this paper application of graphite atomic absorption spectroscopy in determination of lead and cadmium in animal liver was introduced. The animal liver oven-dried and grinded into dust was digested by nitric acid, then its lead content and cadmium content were determined by the standard addition method and the calibration curve method respectively, where the asking temperature and the atomization temperature for lead determination were 700℃ and 1800℃, for cadmium determination 400℃ and 1500℃. Meanwhile the lead and cadmium in the standard matter ESA-1 of Chinese ox liver were determined by the methods mentioned above, and the results were in excellent correspond with the standard values, the relative standard deviations were 3. 6 % and 5. 4 % respectively.
