摘 要:通过测定茶籽在萌发过程中对营养液中铵态氮、硝态氮和P、K、Ca、Mg、Fe、Mn、Zn元素的吸收量,及营养液的电导率(EC)、pH等指标,以探明茶籽在萌发过程中养分需求的特性。结果表明:pH下降并保持在4.2左右;EC值变小;播种后一个月各元素的吸收均保持在较低的水平,5月下旬至7月下旬则维持在较高的水平,同时出现最大吸收峰值:NH4+-N为6.72 mg/株、NO3--N为0.78 mg/株、P为0.796 mg/株、K为10.75 mg/株、Ca为5.13 mg/株、Mg为0.26 mg/株、Fe为69.07μg/株、Mn为222.88μg/株、Zn为106.36μg/株。在试验期间各元素的总吸收量规律为:K>N>Ca>P>Mg>Mn>Zn>Fe。The research aimed to master the characteristics of nutrient uptake during germination of tea seeds.The absorption of NH+4-N,NO-3-N,P,K,Ca,Mg,Fe,Mn and Zn,the electric conductivity(EC) of nutrient solution and pH value were studied using the hydroponic technique.The results showed that the pH value decreased and kept about 4.2;the EC became smaller.The absorption of various elements kept at a relatively low level after seed sowing for one month,but maintained at a higher level from late May to late July.At the same time,the peak values of absorption appeared as 6.72 mg per plant of NH+4-N,0.78 mg per plant of NO-3-N,0.796 mg per plant of P,10.75 mg per plant of K,5.13 mg per plant of Ca,0.26 mg per plant of Mg,69.07 μg per plant of Fe,222.88 μg per plant of Mn,106.36 μg per plant of Zn.The rule of total absorption of elements was KNCaPMgMnZnFe.
