摘　　要：目的:研究RhoC蛋白、VEGF在胃癌中的表达情况,并讨论其在胃癌中的表达情况与浸润转移的关系。方法:采用S-P免疫组化方法,对未经放化疗胃癌石蜡标本46例及正常胃组织20例,每例切片一张,检测RhoC、VEGF的表达情况,结果进行统计学处理。结果:胃癌组织中RhoC、VEGF阳性表达明显高于正常胃组织(P<0.05),其表达与胃癌的分化程度、浸润深度、淋巴转移、TNM分期均显著相关,两者呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论:RhoC、VEGF在胃癌组织中的表达与胃癌的分化程度、浸润深度、淋巴转移、TNM分期均显著相关,可能成为判断胃癌生物学行为的指标。Objective：To investigate the expression of RhoC protein and VEGF in gastric carcinoma and its relationship with infiltration and metastasis of tumor.Methods：The expressions of RhoC protein and VEGF was detected in paraffin specimens of 46 cases of gastric cancer without chemotherapy and radiotherapy and 20 cases of normal gastric tissue by immunohistochemistry.The results were analyzed statistically.Results：The positive expression levels of RhoC andVEGF were significantly higher in gastric carcinoma compared with those in normal gastric tissue （P0.05）.Their expression levels were significantly correlated with the gastric cancer differentiation,depth of infiltration and lymph node metastasis and TNM stage.There was a positive correlation between the two（P0.05）.Conclusion：The expression of RhoC protein and VEGF is significantly related to the gastric cancer differentiation,depth of infiltration,lymph node metastasis and TNM stage.They may be indicators to determine the biological behavior of gastric carcinoma.
