摘　　要：目的：探讨全数字化乳腺钼靶摄影对炎性乳癌诊断的应用价值。方法：回顾性分析本院自2006—01~2010—03所收治的8例经病理诊断为炎性乳癌的X线表现。结果：8例炎性乳癌中6例出现皮肤红、肿、热、痛的临床表现,7例出现不同程度的皮肤增厚表现,乳头凹陷7例,乳腺内弥漫性致密影5例,边缘不光整的肿块影1例,腺体内结构紊乱2例,皮下脂肪层混浊5例,腋下淋巴结肿大5例,乳腺内有针尖样钙化2例。结论：了解和掌握炎性乳癌的X线特点,对本病的早期诊断有重要意义。Objective：To explore the all-digital mammography for the diagnosis of inflammatory breast cancer.Methods：A retrospective analysis was made of Xray manifestations of 8 cases pathologically diagnosed as inflammatory breast cancer from Jan.2006 to March 2010.Results：In 8 cases of inflammatory breast cancer,6 cases showed skin redness,swelling,heat and pain as clinical manifestations,showed different degrees of skin thickening and nipple retraction in 7 cases,showed breast diffuse dense shadow in 5 cases,the unclear edge in one case,disorder structure within the gland in 2 cases,unclear subcutaneous fat layer in 5 cases,axillary lymph nodes in 5 cases and needle-like calcification within the breast in 2 cases.Conclusion：It is important to understand and master the X-ray features of inflammatory breast cancer in early diagnosis of the disease
