摘  要:在东北冬季蛋鸡舍常温15℃的条件下,通过向饲料中添加DL-蛋氨酸(DLM)和蛋氨酸羟基类似物(LMA),考察添加不同蛋氨酸对34周龄海兰褐蛋鸡生产性能及蛋品质的影响。结果表明:饲料中添加蛋氨酸可促进鸡体重缓慢增长,产蛋率、平均蛋重和日蛋重显著提高,采食量和料蛋比显著降低。对蛋鸡的输卵管长度指数及重量指数没有显著影响。饲料中添加0.15%的DLM和0.225%的LMA对蛋鸡的生产性能和蛋壳厚度的影响效果最好。The effect of different kinds of methionine on performance and egg quality of 34-week-age Hy-line Brown layers under the condition of temperature 15℃ in chicken house during winter of northeast China were studied in this paper. DL-methionine and DL-2-hydroxy-4-methyhhio butanoic acid were added in feed. The results showed that adding methionine in feed contributed to a moderate increase in body weight gain, a significant increases in laying rate, average egg weight and daily average egg weight,and an obvious improvement in feed/egg ratio. It had no apparent effect on oviduct length parameter and weight parameter of layers. Adding 0.15% DL-methionine and 0.225% DL-2-hydroxy-4-methyhhio butanoic acid in feed had the best effect on the laying performance and egg shell thickness of layers.
