摘　　要：设计合成了一种具有荧光跟踪性能的Cyclen衍生物。以2,3-二氟苯乙酸为初始原料,与甲醇进行酯化反应,经氢化锂铝还原得到2,3-二氟苯乙醇,然后与对甲苯磺酰氯制得磺酸酯类化合物,再与Cyclen反应制得标题化合物。所合成化合物的结构经核磁共振和红外光谱表征。A kind of cyclen derivatives having fluorescence properties was designed and synthesized.The titled compound was obtained by reacting 2,3-difluorophenylacetic acid used as the starting material with methanol to yield methyl 2,3-difluoro-phenyl-acetate,followed by reduction in the presence of lithium aluminum hydride to obtain 2-（2,3-difluoro-phenyl）-ethanol,which further reacted with p-toluenesulfonyl chloride to yield the acid ester compound,and this compound then reacted upon cyclen to give 1,4,7,10-tetrakis-[2-（2,3-difluoro-phenyl）-ethyl]-1,4,7,10-tetraazacyclododecane.All related compounds were fully characterized by 1HNMR and IR spectroscopic analyses.
