摘 要:以六元羧酸DEMB(2,4-二甲基-戊烷-1,2,3,3,4,5-六羧酸)为原料,在纳米SiO2催化下,对纯棉织物进行抗皱整理.用正交试验分析得出了较佳处理条件:DEMB6%;纳米SiO20.2%,140℃焙烘120s.在纳米SiO2催化下,经DEMB处理后棉织物的缓弹折皱回复角可达247°,白度由处理前的91.48降至87.36,强力保留率为90.6%.在相同试验条件下,比较DEMB、四元羧酸DEMA(戊烷-1,3,3,5-四羧酸)、BTCA(丁烷四羧酸)和CA(柠檬酸)的抗皱整理效果,结果表明:经DEMB处理过的棉织物强力和白度较BTCA、DEMA、CA都高,表明DEMB可用作棉织物的抗皱整理剂.DEM B (2,4-dimethyl-pentane- 1,2,3,3,4,5- hexacarboxylic acid) was used for the crease-resistant finish of cotton fabric with the catalysis of nano-SiO2. Through orthogonal experiment,the best treating condition was obtained:6% of DEMB, 0.2% of nano SiO2, baked at 140 ℃for 120 s. With nano-SiO2 catalysis, the wrinkle recovery angle of DEMB finished cotton fabric was 247°,the whiteness of fabrics decreased from 91.48 to 87.36 after finishing. The breaking strength retention of treated fabric was 90.6%. The crease-resistant finish effects of DEMB, DEMA (pentane- 1,3,3,5-tetracarboxylic acid), butane tetracarboxylic acid (BTCA) and citric acid (CA) were compared under the same treating condition. The results showed that the strength and whiteness of fabric treated with DEMB were higher than those of BTCA,DEMA and CA treated fabrics. The experiment indicated that polycarboxylic acid DEMB had a prospective application in cotton crease-resistant finish.
