摘　　要：从腧穴病理反应表现为同条经脉腧穴、多条经脉腧穴、多个部位腧穴的穴位组合及与疾病相关4个方面,论述腧穴对于疾病的特异性反应表现在一个组的穴位在感觉、形态及其生物、物理特性等多方面的综合改变。由此探索具体疾病的病理反应点,并筛选出相对特异的穴位组,遵循其随病情变化的规律可以诊断、鉴别诊断疾病,指导治疗,并判断病情进退和治疗效果。This article discussed specific characteristics of acupoint which showed a synthetical changes of sensa-tion,morphology,biophysical and physical characteristics on the basis of four aspects of same channels and acupoints,many channels and acupoints,many acupoints and the relevance of many acupoints and diseases;and explored pathological response acupoint of diseases and selected relative specific acupoint groups.The change rule of disease will be helpful for disease diagnosis,disease treatment,judgment prognosis and therapeutic effect.
