摘  要:对湘西自治州从广西引种的罗汉果进行了人工授粉试验及果实的营养成分分析。结果表明,及时采摘雄花和及时人工授粉,7∶00人工授粉的雌花坐果率达92%,12∶00和16∶00的的雌花坐果率下降至80%和66%。雄花在5℃冰箱中贮藏3 d和7 d后,其授粉的坐果率为70%~50%,在常温下贮藏3 d基本丧失授粉活力。营养成分测定显示,罗汉果果实所含营养成分丰富,其蛋白质和可溶性总糖与广西原产地果实中的含量相近,矿质元素含量有差异。Experiment of artificial pollination and analysis of nutritional components in fruit of Siraitia grosvenorii,which was introduced from Guangxi province,were conducted in Xiangxi Autonomous Prefecture.The results showed that if picking male flower and artificial pollination in time,the rate of fruit-setting reached 92% that artificial pollinated at 7 am,80% that artificial pollinated at 12 am and 66% that artificial pollinated at 16 pm.The rate of fruit-setting dropped to 70%~50% when the male flowers stored in refrigerator at 5℃ for 3 d or 7 d,while the pollens lost their vitalities when stored at normal temperature for 3 d.The determination results of nutritional component indicated that fruit of Siraitia grosvenorii was abundant of nutritional components,and the contents of protein and soluble sugar of it from Xiangxi Autonomous Prefecture were similar to that from the original region-Guangxi Province,but the contents of mineral elements were different from each other.
