摘  要:为研究蛹虫草液体菌种制备及发菌出草等人工栽培全过程中所必需的适宜氮源,比较观察了常见无机氮源硝酸钾、尿素及常见有机氮源蚕蛹粉、蛋白胨、蛋清液、鱼粉对菌种质量、菌丝生长状况、发菌及出草情况的影响。结果表明,各种氮源对蛹虫草菌丝体生长均有一定的促进作用,有机氮源显著优于无机氮源,液体菌种生长以蛋白胨为佳;发菌出草培养基最佳氮源依次为蚕蛹粉、蛋白胨、鱼粉、蛋清液等有机氮源,其中,蚕蛹粉具有较好的促进出草作用,但抗感染能力弱于其他有机氮源。蛋白胨、蛋清液、鱼粉等有机氮源氮素营养全面、丰富,营养容易被菌丝吸收,菌丝生长健壮;制备液体菌种氮源以蛋白胨为佳,发菌出草以包括蚕蛹粉的复合氮源为佳。The first systematic study of cordyceps strain the liquid preparation and making out of grass and other artificial cultivation of bacteria which is necessary for the appropriate nitrogen source throughout the process.Common inorganic nitrogen as KNO3,urea,common organic nitrogen source as silkworm pupa powder,peptone,egg white liquid,fish meal and other experimental group,setting up blank control to compare the quality of observation of bacteria,mycelia growth conditions,bacteria and germination of hair.The experiment proved that a variety of nitrogen sources had a certain role in promoting growth of cordyceps.Organic nitrogen was significantly better than inorganic nitrogen and liquid bacteria grown well peptone.To make the most bacteria out of grass medium,the good source of nitrogen was followed by chrysalis powder,peptone,fish meal,egg white liquid and other organic nitrogen source.Silkworm chrysalis powder had a strong role in the promotion of a grass,but the anti-infection ability was weaker than other organic nitrogen sources.Peptone,egg white liquid,fish meal and other organic nitrogen source were rich in nitrogen nutrition and the nutrition was comprehensive.Also,the nutrition was easy to be absorbed by mycelium,mycelium growth robust.When preparing for liquid nitrogen,peptone was better.Hair bacteria out of grass to cover the pupa nitrogen compound powder was better.
