摘  要:采用高效液相色谱法测定了乐至黑山羊、藏系绵羊和黄牛的背最长肌中次黄嘌呤核苷酸(Ionsine monophosphate,IMP,又名肌苷酸)的含量。结果显示,山羊和藏系绵羊的背最长肌中的IMP含量极显著高于黄牛(P<0.01),山羊的背最长肌中IMP含量不同程度地低于藏系绵羊(P<0.05),但用75%蚕沙或100%蚕沙替代精料的试验组与藏系绵羊差异不显著。初步研究表明,用蚕沙替代精料可能有助于山羊肌肉中IMP的合成。Ionsine monophosphate(IMP) content in longisimmus muscles of goats,Tibetan sheep and Yellow cattle was de-tect by high-performance liquid chromatography.The results showed that IMP content in longisimmus muscle of goats and Tibetan sheep was significantly higher than that of Yellow cattle(P0.01).Goat longisimmus muscle generally contained lower IMP content than Tibetan sheep.However,for goats which were feed on 75% or 100% silkworm excrement instead of beneficiated burden materials,the IMP conteat was not quite different from that of Tibetan sheep.Our preliminary the experiment suggested that the use of silkworm excrement helped to the IMP synthesis in goat muscle.
