湖南省农村中小学开展阳光体育运动的现状与对策研究

摘　　要：运用文献资料、问卷调查、比较研究、数理统计等方法,对湖南农村中小学开展阳光体育运动的现状和实效进行了深入研究。结果认为,加大资金投入,切实改善体育场地设施条件;加强培训力度,着实抓好体育教师队伍建设;强化绩效管理,建立健全评价考核监督机制;营造体育氛围,完善学生体质健康测试体系;深化教育改革,改善阳光体育运动外部环境是促使湖南省农村中小学阳光体育运动可持续发展的基本对策。By applying the methods of literature,questionnaire,comparative and statistical analysis,it analyzed the situation and effect of sunshine sports in primary and secondary schools in rural area of Hunan province.In order to carry out primary and secondary sunshine sports better,it made the following suggestions： enlarging funds devotion,strengthening for training,enhancing a process management,constructing athletics atmosphere,and reforming the education system.
