摘　　要：掌握中小学体育教师基本技术技能标准是新课程改革赋予中小学体育教师的历史使命。中小学体育教师的技术技能标准是中小学体育教师在体育教学活动中运用知识和经验规范地完成体育教学任务的动作方式或心智活动方式。它是由对象、内容和形式等要素组成的有机整体,也是合目的性、合规律性和合规范性的高度统一。研究中小学体育教师的基本技术技能标准的组成要素及其关系,对于中小学技术技能标准的构建有着重要的意义。Mastering the technical skills standard of PE teacher is the historical mission of PE teachers brought by the new curriculum reform. The PE Teachers＇technique standards are the mode of action and the way of intellectual activities to com- plete the task of physical education in a standardized way by using knowledge and experience in physical education. It is not only an organic whole composed of the object, content and form, is also highly integrated with purpose, regularity and normative. It is very important for the standard construction to study the elements of technical skills standards of PE teacher.
