28例共同性斜视眼肌的病理学改变

摘　　要：目的通过对２８例斜视病变眼外肌的病理学研究，了解其发病机理及手术时机。方法在手术过程中将病变眼肌缩短纠正眼位的同时，取切下的斜视病变眼肌行病理常规检查。结果斜视眼肌肌外衣结缔组织明显增生，炎症细胞侵润，同时发现肌组织萎缩，排列较紊乱，部分眼肌仅见成熟的胶原纤维组织。结论共同性斜视眼外肌的确产生病变，不能排除感染的可能性。而且随着年龄的增长，病程延长，斜视眼肌的病理变化愈明显。Purpose:To research the mechanism and the best operation of time for concomitant strabismus by studying the pathologic change of extraocular muscle from 28 cases.Method The extraocular muscle were shortened to correct the position of the eye boll,and had a histopathology done,for all of the 28 cases.Result The extraocular muscle showed obvious hyperplasia of connective tissues and infiltration of inflammation in perimysium. We also found myofibers atrophy arranged disorderly.Some of them contain mature collagenic fibrous tissue only.Conclusion The extraocular muscles lesion was confirmed in the patients with concomitant strabismus.The possibility of infection can not be excluded.The pathologic change becomes more obviously with the increase of age and the prolongation of the course.
