摘 要:总结了我国近年来木材节能干燥技术的研究成果,提出相变储热是解决太阳能干燥间歇性的有效方案,太阳能-热泵、太阳能-常规联合,是理想的节能组合干燥方式;除湿机可用于常规干燥的排气余热回收,节能率可达40%以上;振荡流热管用于排气余热回收,节能率在15%~35%,且成本低、易管理。The authors reviewed the present research status on lumber energy-saving drying technology,and summarized the recent research achievements of wood energy-saving drying.They considered that solar drying technology was suitable for pre-drying,and that phase change thermal storage was an effective way to solve the intermittent solar drying problem.A Solar-heat pump and a solar-conventional combination were ideal drying processes.A dehumidifier was commonly used in heat recycling and it was found that it could save up to 40%drying energy.The oscillating-flow heat pipe applied in heat recycling was cost effective equipment and could save 20%~50% drying energy.
