摘 要:采用十几种有机酸对栲胶溶液进行处理,考察了不同有机酸对栲胶溶液的pH值、色度、耐热稳定性、耐日照稳定性等性能的影响。研究结果表明,有机酸用量为1%时,甲酸使栲胶溶液的pH值下降最明显,草酸次之;有机酸均对栲胶溶液具有一定的浅化作用,而萘磺酸浅化作用最为明显;柠檬酸和EDTA可以提高栲胶溶液的耐热稳定性;所有有机酸均不能提高栲胶溶液的耐日照稳定性。Properties of vegetable tannin extract solution treated with different organic acids were studied,including pH value,color,thermal stability and sunlight stability.The results show that the pH value was decreased most significantly by formic acid,followed by oxalic acid with 1% concentration.The color is lightened by all organic acids,and most obviously by naphthalene sulfonic acid.The thermal stability can be imporved by citric acid and EDTA.All organic acids does not increase the sunlight stability of tannin solution.
