摘　　要：网络空间的开放性、虚拟性等特点使传统的侵权法律适用规则受到巨大的冲击。在这种情况下需要改由原有的适用侵权行为地法变为适用最密切联系地的法律,并且对最密切联系地需要重新进行解释以适应现实的需要。The openness and virtuality of the cyberspace has great impact on application of traditional infringement.In this case,we should convert the original lex loci delicti law into the law of the place of the most significant relationship,and reinterpret the place of the most significant relationship to fit the need in reality.
