摘　　要：制约代词回指的因素有句法、语义、语用（篇）三个层次的内容。从语义-语句角度来研究回指问题,可以采用次范畴化的研究方法,将代词的中心语按[±独存]性标准分为领域与非领域两类,把主句动词按[±指向自身的领域][±指向他身的领域][±指向自身的非领域][±指向他身的非领域]四个标准分为内向动词、双向动词、外向动词三大类若干小类,这些次范畴在＂NP1的NP2＋V＋他（的）VP/AP/NP3＂格式中对＂他＂的句内回指具有制约作用。The factors of restraining the pronominal anaphora involve three levels of contents which comprise of syntax,semantics and pragmatics（chapter）.From the semantic point of view to research that problem,the method of sub-categorization can be used.The standard of [±mono-existence] is rested on to divide the head of pronoun into dominion and non-dominion,and the six standards of[±aiming at own dominion],[±aiming at other dominion],[±aiming at own non-dominion],[±aiming at other non-dominion] are rested on to sub-categorize verbs into the extroverted verb,the bidirectional verb and the introverted verb,and the three kinds branch out some sub-categorizations.These sub-categorizations in the sentence pattern of＂NP1＇s NP2＋V＋ he or his VP/AP/NP3＂ have restraining effects on pronominal anaphora.
