摘　　要：针对2009年全国大学生数学模型竞赛题之一卫星和飞船的跟踪测控问题,研究了跟踪测控问题中的卫星在椭圆轨道上运行的情况,运用数值计算的方法解决了此问题,并利用数据进行了验算,给出了各测控站点的位置。This paper discusses satellite and spacecraft tracking control issues,which is one of 2009 China Undergraduate Mathematical Contest in Modeling problems.Operation conditions of satellites in an elliptical orbit in the first tracking control problem are our main research goal,which are solved by numerical methods and checked by making use of data,locations of various monitoring sites are also given in this article.
