摘　　要：通过对教育筹资相关理论分析和高校筹资实践的梳理,归纳出高校筹资方式主要有公共财政拨款和金融机构融资等六种方式,对不同筹资方式的效率、风险以及效益进行比较分析。在探讨我国高校筹资实践中存在的问题及应对措施的基础上,针对高校不同的发展阶段,就高校多元化筹资体系的构建,提出了优化选择方案。By examining and organizing the theoretical and practical review of education funding and the university financing,this article summarizes the main six ways of university financing,especially for public financing and financial institutions funding.Meanwhile,the comparison and analysis of their relevant efficiency,risk,and benefit would be following put forward.Furthermore,based on the practical problems and measures of our university financing,this paper suggests some optimum solutions by aiming at different development stages of diversified universities financing system construction.
