中晚期肾癌术前肾动脉化疗栓塞术的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨肾癌术前肾动脉化疗栓塞的临床应用价值。方法对40例中晚期肾癌术前肾动脉化疗栓塞的技术和疗效进行回顾性分析。结果 40例肾癌患者行肾动脉化疗栓塞后,术中出血明显减少,肿物易剥离,明显缩短手术时间。结论肾动脉化疗栓塞术安全有效。Objective To observe the effect of preoperative renal artery chemotherapeutic embolization in the treatment of renal cell carcinoma.Methods The technology and curative effect of twenty patients treated with preoperative renal artery chemotheraprutic were retrospectively reviewed.Results In all operations of 40 patients,we found that the quantity of bleeding were decreased evidently,and the tumors were resected easily.And the times were less.Conclusion Preoperative renal artery chemotherapeutic embolization is a safe and effective method,and is very important to the treatment of the middle and advanced renal carcinoma.
