内皮抑素联合TACE治疗原发性肝癌的应用前景

摘　　要：原发性肝癌TACE后残存癌细胞血管内皮生长因子的表达能刺激新生血管的生长,有助于残存癌细胞的存活,并可能在TACE术后残癌组织血供重建中起重要的作用;内皮抑素可以特异性作用于新生血管的内皮细胞,抑制内皮细胞的迁移、诱导其凋亡而抑制肿瘤新生血管形成和肿瘤生长;内皮抑素联合TACE治疗原发性肝癌将有一个良好的临床应用前景。After TACE treatment of primary hepatocellular carcinoma,VEGF secreted by the residual tumor cells may stimulate angiogenesis,resulting in rebuilding of tumor blood supply and helping the tumor cells survive;Endostatin can specifically target endothelial cells,inhibiting migration and indapoptosis,thereby inhibiting angiogenesis and tumor growth;The treatment of primary hepatocellular carcinoma that Endostatin combined with TACE would be a favorable clinical perspective.
