青海省兴海县大骨节病病户面粉中T-2毒素的检测报告

摘　　要：目的检测病户主食中Ｔ－２毒素含量。方法用气谱法检测。结果在兴海县上、下鹿圈村采集面粉１７份，其中检出Ｔ－２毒素阳性面粉１０份，含量全距为８０．０～５２０．０ｎｇ／ｇ，有９份含量大于１００ｎｇ／ｇ，３份大于３００ｎｇ／ｇ。结论在大骨节病病户主食中有较多Ｔ－２毒素检出，其阳性率、含量与病情相符合。Objective To assay T 2 toxin content in flours collected from KBD family.Methods Assay of T 2 toxin content by GC.Results Flours 17 samples were collected of KBD family.T 2 toxin was found in 10 of 17 samples.The content is from 80.0ng/g to 520.0ng/g.In which,9 of them are over 100ng/g and 3 over 300ng/g.Conclusions High level of T 2 toxin was found in KBD family in Qinghai Province.Disease condition is related to disease positive rate and T 2 toxin content.
