抗癌铂络合物的临床研究进展

摘　　要：从疗效和毒副作用等方面对新一代抗癌铂络合物的临床研究结果进行了简要的综述． 新一代抗癌铂络合物主要是：奥沙利铂（ｏｘａｌｉｐｌａｔｉｎ），诺贝铂（ｌｏｂａｐｌａｔｉｎ），欧玛铂（ｏｒｍａｐｌａｔｉｎ）， ２５４－Ｓ， ＴＲＫ７１０和ＤＷＡ２１１４Ｒ．综合各项研究成果，作者认为奥沙利铂（Ｏｘａｌｉｐｌａｔｉｎ）与顺铂和 碳铂相比具有不同的抗癌谱和非交叉抗性等特殊抗癌效果，很有可能成为新一代抗癌药．The clinical results of new anticancer platinum complexes-Oxaliplatin Lobaplatin, Ormaplatin, 254-S, TRK710 and DWA 2114R are reviewed on their activity and toxicity in this paper. It is suggested that Oxaliplatin is a promising anticancer drugs for its panticular effectiveness toward anticancer, compared with Cis-platin and Carboplatin.
