摘　　要：目的:建立正露丸微生物限度检查法。方法:采用培养基稀释法。结果:能有效消除本品在检验条件下本品对细菌、霉菌及酵母菌、控制菌的抑制作用。结论:该方法简单快捷、准确可行,可用于本品的微生物限度检查,有效控制本品的质量。Objective： To establish a method of microbial limit test for Zheng Lu Wan. Methods： using culture medium diluted method. Results： culture medium diluted method can eliminate the seirogan pills＇ antibacterial effect on bacteria, fungi, yeast and designated microbial species. Conclusion ： The culture medium diluted method possesses merits of simplicity, accuracy, feasibility and high detemfinafion rate, which is suitable for microbial limit test and quality control
