鼻咽癌35例放化疗后饮食调养综合治疗研究

摘　　要：目的观察饮食调养对鼻咽癌患者放化疗后康复的促进作用。方法通过对鼻咽癌放化疗后患者饮食调养和指导,培养良好的饮食习惯、平衡饮食、均衡营养,选择具有抗癌防癌作用的食物交替长期食用,促进机体康复;与放化疗后对症治疗对照组观察3个月至1年后的血常规变化、临床症状缓解情况。结果鼻咽癌放化疗后饮食调养综合治疗在血常规恢复正常、症状缓解天数均比对症处理组短,且生活生存质量满意。结论鼻咽癌放化疗后饮食调养综合治疗可提高患者生活及生存质量。Objective To investigate the promoting effect of the diet recuperation on the recovery after radiochemotherapy in the patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma.Methods To conduct the diet recuperation and instructing after radiochemotherapy on the patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma to cultivate the good dietary habit,balance diet and nutrition.To select the foods possessing the anticancer and cancer preventing effects to eat alternately and chronically for promoting recovery.After 3 months to 1 year,the change of the blood picture and the alleviation situation of the clinical symptoms were observed to compare with the control group.Results Compare with the control group,the number of days for the hemogram returned to normal and symptoms alleviation in the comprehensive treatment group was shorter with satisfactory of survival quality of life.Conclusion Taking comprehensive treatment of dietary caring after radiochemotherapy can improve the survival quality of life for the patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma.
