摘　　要：目的：为了完善手术室器械的管理,确保手术安全有效地实施,探讨系统的手术室器械管理方案.方法： 我科自2008年来总结以往经验和方法,试点系统的器械管理方案,采用系统管理,明确责任,奖罚并重,科学维护,规范使用的管理模式.以确保器械完好,及时供应,科学利用.以器械的完好率,利用率,损坏维修率,器械使用者的满意度,以及维护成本等为评价措施,对照原管理模式,评价系统的器械管理模式.结果： 采用系统管理模式对手术室器械进行管理,器械的完好率、利用率、损坏维修率、器械使用者的满意度明显提高,以及维护成本明显降低.结论： 在手术室采用系统管理,明确责任,奖罚并重,科学维护,规范使用的系统管理模式,能提升器械管理水平.Objective： In order to consummate the operating room instrument the management, guarantees the surgery effectively to implement safely,discussion system operating room instrument management plan. Methods： My branch summarized from 2008 formerly experiences and the method,the experiment site system instrument management plan,used the system administration, was clear about the responsibility, the award and penalty pays equal attention to, science maintenance, standard use management pattern. Guarantees the instrument to be complete, prompt supply, science use. Take the instrument integrity, the use factor, the damage service rate, the instrument user＇s degree of satisfaction, as well as the maintenance cost and so on as the appraisal measure,compares the original management pattern,the appraisal system instrument management pattern. Results：Uses the system administration pattern to carry on the management to the operating room instrument, the instrument integrity,the use factor, the damage service rate,the instrument user＇s degree of satisfaction distinct enhaneement,as well as the maintenance cost reduces obviously. Conclusion：Uses the system administration in the operating room,is clear about the responsibility,the award and penalty pays equal attention to,the scienee maintenance, the standard use system administration pattern, can promote the instrument management level.
