摘　　要：在总结某炼油厂调度员工作经验的基础上，提出了一种“人工智能化思维”编制生产调度计划的方法，确定了有关的规则，并在计算机上加以实现。This paper puts forward a method of an 'artificial intelligence way of thinking' of making production management schemes on the basis of summarizing worker 's experience in some oil refineries. It sets down some relevant regulations, and is put into practice with the aid of computers.
