三种溴酚类中间体化合物的合成与分析

摘　　要：本文以香兰素为原料,经过脱甲基反应、溴代反应,采用不同的反应条件分别制取和分离得到了3-溴-4,5-二羟基苯甲醛(1)、2,3-二溴-4,5-二羟基苯甲醛(2)、2,5-二溴-3,4-二羟基苯甲醛(3),并进行了IR、HNMR谱图表征。反应条件温和,产率分别为69.8%,26%,29%。这三种化合物可用于溴酚类海洋药物合成的中间体。In this paper,using vanillin as starting material,through demethylation、bromethylation,3 -Bromo-4,5 -dihydroxybenzaldehyde（5）,2,3 -dibromo -4,5 -dihydroxybenzaldehyde（6）,25- dibromo- 3,4-Dihydroxybenzaldehyde（7） were synthesized and separated by different conditions,with the yields of 69.8%,26%,29%in turns.Their structures were identified by IR,1HNMR spectra characterizations.These three compounds can be used as intermediates for the total synthesis of bromophenol natural products from marine.
