摘　　要：根据企业竞争力的相关理论,结合民营科技企业的特点以及影响民营科技企业竞争力的相关因素,遵循民营科技企业竞争力维度指标体系的构建原则,从民营科技企业的企业资源、企业能力、外部环境三个维度建立黑龙江省民营科技企业竞争力指标体系。为民营科技企业提供评价其自身竞争力标准、为政府决策提供依据。According to theories of competitive power of enterprises,combining the characteristic of private scientific and technological enterprise and related factors which affect the competitive power of private scientific and technological enterprise,following the construction principle of private scientific and technological enterprise＇s latitude indicator system,we establish the indicator system of private scientific and technological enterprise＇s competitive power from three latitudes of the enterprise resources,enterprise ability,the external environment.And provide the standard of competitive power for private scientific and technological enterprise and basis for government decision.
