十二指肠灌注18碳脂肪酸对泌乳奶牛机体免疫力的影响

摘　　要：通过十二指肠回撤灌注试验,研究4种不同18碳脂肪酸(C18∶0、C18∶1、C18∶2和C18∶3)对泌乳奶牛机体免疫力的影响。测定了奶牛血清免疫球蛋白(immunoglobulin,Ig)含量、外周血液T淋巴细胞亚群比例、血液中白细胞计数和体温变化。结果表明,灌注18碳脂肪酸对奶牛血液中Ig含量和体温影响差异不显著,C18∶2的灌注有增加CD4+T细胞百分数的趋势,C18∶3和C18∶2的灌注显著降低血液中白细胞数量,C18∶1的灌注有增加血液中单核细胞的趋势。C18∶3和C18∶2的十二指肠灌注具有增强和调节泌乳奶牛免疫力的功效。Evaluated effects of duodenal infusion of fatty acids with 18C（18-C FA;C18∶0,C18∶1,C18∶2and C18∶3） on immunity of dairy cows.The total concentration of immunoglobulin（Ig）in serum,T lymphocyte subsets in peripheral blood,the acount of white blood cell（WBC）and body temperature were determined.Duodenal infusion of 18CFA did not affect Ig in serum and body temperature.Duodenal infusion of C18∶2tended to increase the amount of CD4＋T lymphocyte.Duodenal infusion of C18∶3and C18∶2decreased the acount of WBC significantly.Duodenal infusion of C18∶1tended to increase the acount of monocyte.Duodenal infusion of C18∶3and C18∶2increase and regulate immunity of dairy cows.
