摘 要:随着中国饲料行业的迅猛发展,近年来,蝇蛆及其提取物的研究受到了人们的广泛关注,其中研究较多的主要有蝇蛆水解物、蝇蛆油、壳聚糖和抗菌肽等。蝇蛆的营养丰富,适口性好,其提取物对于调控动物的营养生理代谢,提高畜禽生产性能和效益具有重要意义。作者综述了蝇蛆及其提取物在实际生产中的应用及研究进展,旨在为节约蛋白质饲料,开发新一代的高效、无毒副作用的抗菌药物及饲料添加剂提供理论依据。With the scale enlargement of livestock breeding and rapid development of feed industry,in recent years,houseflies larva and its extractive were investigated extensively,such as house-flies larva hydrolysis,grease,chitosan and antibacterial peptide.House-flies larva contains many kinds of fatty acid,mineral,vitamin,amino acid and metabolizable energy.In addition,some deep investigations such as the physical and chemical property,application,and medical value of the extracting peptide,grease and chitosan from house-flies larva have become new research areas in the 21st century.Research has shown that these extractives were useful to regulate the nutrition metabolism,improve production performance of livestock and poultry.The author reviewed the application and research advancement of house-flies larva in animal production,in order to provide theoretical and practical basis for conserving protein feed,develop new kinds of safe antibacterials and feed additives.
