复方四君子可溶性粉对肉用仔鸡免疫效果的影响

摘　　要：1日龄肉用仔鸡300只,随机分成3组,分别为对照组、2‰组和4‰组即试验Ⅰ组和试验Ⅱ组,每组5个重复,每个重复20只鸡,观察肉用仔鸡在常规免疫情况下,饲料中添加复方四君子可溶性粉后,对肉用仔鸡机体免疫力和体重的影响。试验结果表明,使用复方四君子可溶粉后,肉用仔鸡在第14、21天的鸡新城疫抗体水平上试验Ⅱ组与试验Ⅰ组差异显著(P<0.05),第28、35天各组间差异不显著(P>0.05),说明本方剂对低日龄肉用仔鸡新城疫的免疫有较好作用;第21天的试验Ⅱ组与试验Ⅰ组在鸡传染性法氏囊病抗体水平上差异显著(P<0.05),第28、35天差异不显著(P>0.05);免疫指数结果表明试验组的体液免疫效果均高于对照组(P<0.05),说明通过饲喂复方四君子可溶粉,提高了机体的体液免疫。300meat-miscellaneous chicken of 1day are divided into 3groups randomly.They are comparison,test 1,test 2.It is 5repetitions of 20chickens each.The meat-miscellaneous chickens are immunised by routine.The feed with compound Chinese traditional medicine powder has effects on the weight and immunity of meat-miscellaneous chicken.The results indicate that the difference of antibody of NDV in test 1and test 2is obvious in 14,21d（P〈0.05）,not obvious in 3groups in 28,35 d（P〈0.05）.The powder has good effects on meat-miscellaneous chicken in NDV;test 1and test 2is obvious in IBDV antibody in 21d（P〈0.05）,not obvious in 28,35d.The immune indexes indicate that the test group is higher than the contrast（P〈0.05）.It shows that it strengthens body fluid immunity with compound Chinese traditional medicine powder.
