规范管理与培训对提高手术室护工职业安全的效果观察

摘　　要：目的：通过对护工的问卷调查,了解手术室护工的职业安全防护意识,制定并实施规范管理和的培训方案,以此加强手术室护工的职业安全.方法：对2008-2009年在我院手术室工作的41名护工,随机分成2组,实验组采用规范的管理与培训,对照组采用传统的管理与岗前培训,观察护工的职业安全.结果：采用规范管理与培训能有效提高手术室护工的职业安全,与传统的岗前培训比较差异显著（P〈0.05）.结论：规范管理与培训规范手术室护工的管理、有效提高手术室护工的职业安全,杜绝安全事故的发生.Objective：Through to protects the labor the questionnaire survey, understood the operating room protects the labor occupational safety protection consciousness, formulates and implements the standard management and training plan, strengthens the operating room by this to protect the labor the occupational safety. Methods;Protects the labor to 2008--2009 year in my courtyard operating room work 41 ,divides into 2 groups stochastically, the experimental group uses the standard the management and training, the control group uses traditional in front of the management and the hillock trains,the observation protects the labor the occupational safety. Results：Uses the standard management and training can enhance the op- erating room to protect the labor effectively the occupational safety,trains the comparison difference obviously with in front of the traditional hillock （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The standard management and the training standard operating room protect the labor the management,enhance the operating room to protect the labor effectively the occupational safety,ceases the security accident the occurrence.
