摘　　要：网络经济条件下,企业的生存和发展不仅有赖于组织的内部平衡和外部的适应,而且还面临着不断的调整。本文从企业组织及其制定组织架构的意义分析入手,探讨网络经济条件下企业组织架构的重塑和模型建立,研究网络化层级组织的涵义。在对网络化层级组织的发展现状进行论述的基础上,提出网络经济条件下企业网络型组织架构重构的设想。This article from the enterprise to develop the significance of the organizational structure to start to analyze the network economy model of the organizational structure of enterprises on the network level of the meaning of organization,and network-level organizations,the development of a systematic exposition.Finally,on the corporate network-based organizational structure of the proposed reconfiguration.
