摘  要:利用磁控溅射法在Co-40Cr基体上制备纳米级Co-40Cr.0.5Y涂层.1000℃空气中恒温氧化和循环氧化实验表明:该涂层的抗氧化性能好于基材Co-40Cr合金.声发射(AE)实验表明:该涂层表面氧化膜有较好的抗开裂和抗剥落性能.原因主要是该涂层氧化后形成晶粒十分细小(小于1μm)的Cr2O3膜,此外,涂层中的钇在降低氧化膜生长速率的同时,还使氧化膜有较好的高温塑性及粘附性.Nanomic crystall Co-40Cr -0.5Y coating was magnetically sputtered on Co - 40Cr alloy.Its isothermal and cyclic oxidation behavior were studied at 1000℃ in air, and were compared with substrate Co - 40Cr alloy. Acoustic emission (AE) test showed the coating has better anticracking and antispalling properties.A very fine grained (less than 1μm)oxide scale was formed on the coating during oxidation. Because of its 0.5% yttrium content,the coating has reletively lower oxidation rate and the oxide scale formed on it which has much better plasticity and adhesion.
