摘　　要：本文分析了企业人力资源培训中存在的问题以及引入ISO9000质量管理体系的优势,提出了将ISO9000质量管理体系引入企业人力资源培训中,构建合理的人力资源培训体系。In this paper,we analyse the human resource problems in the human resource training,and the advantages of introducing the ISO9000 quality management system.In order to construct reasonable human resources training system,we propose a method for introducing the ISO9000 quality management system to human resource training of company.
