摘 要:目的建立一套科学、合理、实用的主管护师绩效考核指标体系。方法通过文献回顾、问卷调查后,筛选出主管护师绩效考核指标体系;同时采用层次分析法确定各指标权重系数。结果建立了一套由4个一级指标、9个二级指标、17个三级指标构成的绩效考核指标体系。结论基于平衡计分卡的主管护师绩效考核体系的指标来源及权重分配较为合理,为主管护师的绩效考核提供了理论依据。Objective To establish a scientific, rational,practical performance appraisal system for nurse - in - charge. Methods The indexes of the system were selected through literature review and questionnaire survey,and the analytic hierarchy process was used to determine the weight coefficient of each index. Result A performance appraisal system,which included four indexes in level one,trine indexes in level two,and seventeen indexes in level three,was constructed. Conclusions The indexes and their weight distribution in the performance appraisal system based on the balanced score card are rational. The system can provide theoretical basis for performance appraisal of nurse - in - charge.
