摘　　要：在信息系统成长理论的基础上,以东北地区231家制造业企业为样本,对信息系统实施过程中的两类关键成功因素的阶段变化规律进行了研究,并对两类关键因素的成因进行了分析,为企业信息化实践过程中如何采取有效措施有针对性地应对阻碍性因素提出了对策建议。It collected the history data of 231 enterprises in Northeast China and studied the law of how two types of critical successful factors changed along with IS growth based on the IS Growth Theory.Then it analyzed the cause of the critical successful factors,put forward the measures of coping with obstacles to the information systems implement process.
