摘  要:分别采用钛酸酯偶联剂、硅烷偶联剂、表面活性剂等对贝壳微粉进行表面处理,通过熔融共混法制备了贝壳微粉/PE复合材料,并进行了力学性能测试与表征。结果表明,经过3种处理剂处理后的贝壳微粉能显著提高PE的缺口冲击韧性和拉伸强度,其中NDZ-201钛酸酯偶联剂的处理效果最佳,当贝壳微粉质量分数为8%时,对PE的改性效果最好,缺口冲击韧性提高了68%,弹性模量提高了28%。Shell powder was treated by titanate coupling agent, silane coupling agent and surfactant agent respectively. Shell powder/PE composite was prepared by means of melt blending, and the mechanical properties of the composite were tested and characterized. The results indicated the notched impact strength of PE was greatly improved by shell powder treated by the coupling agents, among which NDZ-201 titanate was the best one. When the mass fraction of shell powder was 8%, the modification of PE was the best, the impact strength was increased by 68% and Youngs modulus was increased by 28%.
